OpenClaw ("the App") is a private application operated by Coach's Country Store Inc. ("we", "us") in Texas, United States, for our own internal business use. This policy explains how the App handles data accessed through the Intuit QuickBooks Online API.
OpenClaw is single-tenant and owner-operated. It connects only to QuickBooks Online company files that we own and control. We do not offer the App to third parties and do not process data on behalf of other businesses.
With the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope, the App reads accounting data from our connected QuickBooks Online company, such as company information, invoices, customers, vendors, and financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet). The App is configured for read-only access; it does not create, modify, or delete QuickBooks data.
Accounting data is used solely to answer the operator's own questions and produce internal summaries and reports. It is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The App runs on a private server we control. OAuth tokens are stored in access-restricted configuration files (filesystem permissions 600) and are never exposed to end users or logged. Network access to the service is restricted, and the host runs standard hardening (firewall, fail2ban). Accounting data is processed transiently to answer requests and is not retained in a separate datastore beyond operational logs.
Because access is read-only and processed on demand, we do not maintain a long-term copy of QuickBooks data. Disconnecting the App in QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) revokes its access immediately. To request deletion of any retained operational data, contact us below.
The App relies on Intuit (QuickBooks Online API) and the model/infrastructure providers that run the assistant. These are used only to provide the App's functionality and are not given QuickBooks data for their own purposes.
