This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of OpenClaw ("the App"), a private application operated by Coach's Country Store Inc. ("we", "us") in Texas, United States. The App is for our own internal use; the sole authorized user is the operator and personnel we designate.
We grant authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for internal business purposes only.
The App may be used only to access QuickBooks Online company files we own and control. It may not be used to access data belonging to any other party, nor for any unlawful purpose.
The App accesses QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit API under the permissions granted at connection time, on a read-only basis. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach's Country Store Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App in QuickBooks. This Agreement terminates automatically upon disconnection.
